ILA Scotland is a simple way to get up to £200 per year towards the cost of learning something new. It is a Scottish Government Scheme for people who are normally resident in Scotland, aged 16 or over, with an income of £22,000 a year or less (or who are on benefits).
The money is not a loan - so you don't have to pay any of it back and it can be used towards many different types of courses including many of the nationally recognised RYA Training Courses on offer at ScotSail.
